We are an independent consultancy with an integrated offering across strategy and PR, media relations, reputation management, corporate communications, social and digital, public affairs and media operations.

In October 2022 our Founder Ben spotted an opportunity to help tell the stories of the organisations, brands, start-ups, clubs, federations, tournaments, host cities, investors and players that make padel great.

With so much focus in the new padel world on court construction, planning permission and the political environment at the tour level, we believe there needs to be more emphasis on the positive, proactive, entrepreneurial spirit we’re witnessing in this burgeoning sport, from Australia to Finland, and from the UAE to the UK.

We launched to help you, the padel doers and makers, tell your story and stand out from the crowd in this rapidly growing sport.

MEET THE TEAM

  • Ben is a leading Strategic Sports Communications and International Relations professional with a proven track record of success for the world’s top sports series, leagues, events, teams, leaders, athletes, brands and media.

    His career has taken him from the UK to the USA and the UAE to Canada, during which time he has run Media Relations for WADA during ‘the biggest sporting crisis of the 21st century’ (the Russian Doping Scandal), overseen communications for the award-winning ATP and WTA Dubai Tennis Championships and worked as Group Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the Commonwealth Games Federation.

    In 2018, at the same time as launching his eponymous Sports Communications Consultancy, Ben was introduced to make up a padel four in Dubai. As a lifetime tennis and squash player, he was instantly hooked on the sport – and a new passion was born. In 2022, having worked at the Premier Padel Major at Roland Garros and then led PR for the GB Padel Team at the FIP World Padel Championships, Ben established Padel 22.


  • Harry has worked in the Sports Communications industry for over 10 years. Specialising in Media Relations and Influencer Marketing Harry has worked in both the UK and the U.S for global brands, sports teams, and governing bodies including the likes of Adidas, The North Face, Lucozade Sport, The Rajasthan Royals and the FIA.


  • Barcelona-based and working as a videographer and social media specialist, Jordan Owens is a former tennis player who competed on the NCAA Circuit in the United States and recently moved to Spain to pursue a professional career in padel. He has aspirations to compete for Great Britain.
